CREDO CAFE

200 years ago Charles Darwin was born, 150 years ago he published ‘The Origin of Species’.

Did he disprove the bible?  Was he wrong?  Can Genesis and Evolution be reconciled?

All are welcome to join us for our monthly Café Church meeting at 8pm tomorrow with free refreshments and an opportunity to learn more about the man, his beliefs and to discuss the implications for Christianity.

29 May

Church Rules - It was announced at the church meeting in May that the Charity Commission requires churches to become individual charities - rather than coming under the umbrella of the Baptist Union for charity purposes (reclaiming gift-aid etc). This means we will need a new constitution, and the BU have drafted a Constitution which we could adopt to replace our current rules. This will be discussed in future meetings and voted on in November - in the meantime please read the current rules and the proposed new constitution and let us know your thoughts.

The Existing Church Rules and the Proposed New Constitution are available to read or download HERE.

CREDO CAFE - Tragedy

A Christian Response to International disaster - includes contributions from expert special guests in the fields of disaster management.
