We are encouraged by the response to our new book Making Disciples One-to-One and particularly to the five week guided discipleship course Fan the Flame. Weekly podcasts of our sermons are also proving popular in and beyond the church. Our Viz-a-Viz worker Jeni Smart launches a new club for boys aged 8-11 in January. Youth work, under Steve Tinning and Outreach under Michele Gibbins are encouraging with exciting new opportunities in 2009.

Brentwood – Pilgrim’s Hatch
Minister : Rev. James Pate
Please pray for us as we seek God's will for the venues we should use. We recently had to relocate our Parent and Toddler Group at short notice and we now hire five different premises around the Pilgrims Hatch Area. It's unsettling when you have to move but we are grateful for the new venue.
Please pray for our numerous community links including the Pilgrims Hatch Partnership, the Brentwood Care Centre, chaplaincy at the local secondary school and a club in the primary school where we still meet on Sundays.
